Customer Service Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Customer Service Representative in Chubb Custom Solutions, you'll serve as the front-line liaison for our agents and do not need to be licensed.

You will be trained to work with tailored insurance products and complex risk solutions.

In this engaging, fast-paced office environment, you'll collaborate with underwriting, IT, and other teams, while also participating in product testing, process improvements, and system enhancements.

QUALIFICATIONS



* High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.


* 1+ year of experience in a customer-service or call-center environment, preferably in insurance.


* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.


* Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.


* Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of inquiries.


* Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.


* Basic understanding of insurance terminology and policy structures.


* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including occasional evenings or weekends.


* Willingness to pursue professional development and industry certifications.

The pay range for the role is $33,000 to $57,000 The specific offer will depend on an applicant's skills and other factors.

This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
