About the Role Were hiring a Counselor Associate to join our therapeutic team and begin a rewarding journey in substance use disorder (SUD) treatment.

Under the supervision of a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC II or III), youll gain hands-on experience while working toward CADC certification.

This is an ideal role for individuals pursuing a career in addiction counseling.

What Youll Do

* Assist in providing a safe, therapeutic environment for patients and families.



* Gain practical experience in individual, group, and family counseling methods.



* Learn clinical documentation, treatment planning, and recovery strategies.



* Work under a CADC supervisor to support patient care and implement treatment goals.



* Develop and follow a plan to become certified through MHACBO within two years of hire.



* Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support services to improve patient outcomes.

What Were Looking For

* CADC-R or national equivalent (required)

* NPI Enrollment and Medicaid (DMAP) eligibility (required)

* Reliable transportation

* Strong communication and organizational skills

* Computer literacy and ability to track, analyze, and document data

* Ability to work with supervision and mature judgment

* Commitment to personal and professional development
