About You

In this professional role, you'll focus on delivering excellent service while putting mutual respect, integrity, and collaboration at the centre of everything you do.

Key responsibilities include:


* Managing incoming queries through country and escalation mailboxes and ensuring timely resolution


* Resolving issues across different stages of the Accounts Payable process in partnership with Invoice Processing, Process & Capability, and Procurement Operations teams


* Leading calls and following up with internal stakeholders regarding missing goods receipts, posting instructions, approvals, and other outstanding items


* Working closely with vendors on missing invoices, credit notes, and monthly vendor reconciliations


* Analysing data, identifying trends, and communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders


* Executing operational process controls and supporting continuous process improvement initiatives

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

Required Qualifications


* Experience within an Accounts Payable environment


* Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken


* Experience influencing and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple functions


* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills


* Working knowledge of SAP

Preferred Qualifications


* Experience supporting multinational or shared service environments


* Experience working with vendors and stakeholder escalations across multiple countries


* Knowledge of operational controls and reconciliation processes


* Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify process efficiencies
