Key Responsibilities

As a member of the services delivery team, you will collaborate with Dell consultants, engineering teams, and client stakeholders to design, deploy, optimize, and support large-scale AI network infrastructure solutions, ensuring technical excellence and customer satisfaction throughout each phase of the engagement.

Responsibilities

You will:


* Lead the deployment and integration of AI network infrastructure solutions utilizing NVIDIA, AMD, and Intel technologies.


* Coordinate the activities of technical solution team members to meet contract obligations, ensuring that full life cycle delivery costs are within the service level agreement.


* Proactively identify potential issues and drive resolution to avoid customer impact, facilitating continuous improvement.


* Build and sustain effective communications with all partners and cross-functional teams, maximizing the customer experience and relationships


* Collaborate with clients to assess technical requirements and deliver customized infrastructure solutions.


* Willing to tackles ambiguous, cross-organisational problems where the solutions are not yet clear.


* Influence architecture and strategy across multiple programs, products, or organisations.


* Able to influences senior technical leaders and business leadership

Qualifications

Essential Requirements


* Five or more years of working full-time as an IT professional in a Data Centre environment.
