Work you'll do

As a Project Consultant on the Operations Transformation team, you will be responsible for:


* Support the design, implementation, and ongoing management of a centralized enterprise service management solution


* Analyze and inventory existing division-level Jira, Confluence, and other information sites


* Build, design, and develop system architecture, workflows, and technical documentation


* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues


* Create and maintain documentation, including system diagrams, governance workflow procedures, and user guidance


* Ensure compliance with enterprise cybersecurity policies, federal IT standards, and agency specific requirements


* Collaborate with division stakeholders, governance boards, and security teams
