We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Consultant to join our integrated care team and provide evidence-based behavioral health services to patients in a primary care setting.

Using the Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) model, you will collaborate directly with medical providers to identify behavioral health concerns, develop practical treatment strategies, and help patients take meaningful steps toward improved health.

From supporting patients experiencing anxiety and depression to helping individuals navigate complex trauma and other behavioral health challenges, your work will make a difference in the lives of individuals and families throughout the Augusta community.
