Roles & Responsibilities: Mentor and coach Position every project for Owner success and Bobbitt success Accompany the Sales Team on sales interviews as needed Assist and collaborate with the Preconstruction Team for constructability and budget reviews Develop schedules and cost-effective plans for completion of any assigned project during Preconstruction and Construction Originate all Subcontracts and Purchase Orders in accordance with Bobbitt standards Coordinate and schedule the work activities of tradespeople, professionals, and laborers, communicating to and via project foreperson to deliver instructions and project assignments as appropriate Regularly inspect work for quality and timeliness; prepare and provide progress reports to owners and architects; make recommendations for necessary modifications Proficient with Procore Construction Management software Responsible for accurate cost management and CTC reporting Collaborate with architect, engineer, attorney, and other pertinent stakeholders to ensure specifications, zoning requirements, and other regulations are met Consistently provide project leads Routinely requested by repeat customers to manage their projects Run multiple projects at the highest caliber of professionalism and proficiency Assist with the Bobbitt Project Close-out Process Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Site safety standards and trade contractor compliance consistent...
