Job responsibilities



* Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions


* Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis (e.g., consolidating inputs into integrated plans, RAID, and executive-ready updates), validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements.


* Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals


* Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness


* Champion agile delivery practices and continuous improvement, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team


* Promotes reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and reporting, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills



* 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization (NAMR/APAC - India/ LATAM/Hong Kong)


* Formal training or certification on technical program management concepts and advanced applied experience (EMEA/LATAM-Brazil)
