Seasonal Banquet Bartender

Seasonal Banquet Bartender We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Seasonal Banquet Bartenders at the Lakehouse Resort.

In this role, you will provide exceptional bar service to guests during our busy holiday events.

You will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, as well as tending bars, clearing tables, running food, refilling water, and restocking clean plates, while maintaining high service standards and ensuring a positive guest experience.

THE DUTIES OF A SEASONAL BANQUET BARTENDER INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, THE FOLLOWING: Provide professional, friendly, and efficient bar service during banquet events.

Set up banquet bar stations, including stocking liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and equipment according to event specifications.

Knowledgeable and enthusiastic merchandising of all food items, bar and beverage items, and retail items.

Ability to completely answer food and drink related questions from guests.

Monitor guest consumption and practice responsible alcohol service in accordance with state and company guidelines.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas, including wiping counters, restocking supplies, and removing empty glassware.

Assist with beverage replenishment at stations or passed service, if applicable.

Work closely with the banquet captain and other team members to ensure smooth event operations.

Break down bar stations and assist with clean-up of banquet areas after events.

Address any guest needs or concerns in a courteous and professional manner.

Follow all health & safety standards, including proper sanitation and alcohol service procedures.
