Job Description:

Depuy Synthes is recruiting for a DS NA Trade Ops Risk and Valuation Leadd, located in West Chester, PA or Raynham, MA! Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company for US based candidates.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.

The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.

Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans.

The US Trade Operations Risk and Valuation Lead will be responsible for leading import trade operations, compliance controls, post-entry activity, and customs response management.

This role serves as a subject matter expert for U.S.

import compliance processes, partnering with internal stakeholders, brokers, suppliers, finance, tax, and leadership to ensure accurate customs declarations, effective risk management, and audit-ready operations

Key Responsibilities:


* Manage government interactions related to liquidated damages, penalties, supplemental duty matters, CF28/CF29/CF4647 requests, and related agency inquiries.
