We are seeking a highly motivated Transcend Deployment Logistics Manager to support the deployment of Johnson & Johnson's global digital transformation program.

This role will serve as the logistics deployment lead, partnering across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Business Process Owners, and Technology teams to ensure successful implementation of logistics capabilities within SAP S/4HANA and supporting platforms.

Position Summary

The Transcend Deployment Logistics Manager is responsible for leading logistics readiness, deployment planning, business engagement, and execution activities during global ERP transformation deployments.

This individual will work across multiple regions, sites, and functional areas to ensure logistics business processes, master data, integrations, testing, training, and change management activities are successfully delivered.

The role requires strong program leadership, stakeholder management, and supply chain expertise to enable seamless adoption of standardized logistics processes while ensuring business continuity throughout deployment.
