We are seeking a Head of Human Resources who will help shape the future of work, leadership, talent, and culture for the Global Services Finance team.

Purpose: In this highly visible role, you will serve as a strategic HR partner to senior business and functional leaders, translating enterprise priorities into organization, talent, leadership, culture, and workforce strategies that strengthen performance and accelerate growth within the scope of the GS Finance team globally across our capability centers.

You will operate as an enterprise leader, bringing the full power of OneHR to solve complex business challenges and create an environment where leaders and teams can do their best work.
