Your role: Lead Engineer (Customer Identity & Consent) - Customer Software Engineering

Elanco has many product teams within our Sales and Marketing-focused Customer Product Tower.

These are all driving and supporting product outcomes on a global basis (US and International).

We are currently seeking a strong Lead Software Engineer that will be the Technical SME for our Customer Identity & Consent.

Working within a mixed vendor and in-house team across multiple geographies, this role will need to work with both technical members of the team alongside Product Management and Business Stakeholders.

Our Customer Identity team's focus is critical to Elanco and has many touch points to enable a single view of the customer.

This role will work closely with dependency teams including:


* SAP CDC (Customer Data Cloud)


* E-Commerce Platforms and Third-Party Comms


* SFMC (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)


* Veeva Vault CRM

This role will be the Technical SME for Customer Identity.

Working alongside the Product Manager, driving technical discovery, and driving integrations within the wider Elanco ecosystem - strong collaboration and working across multiple stakeholder groups will be key to success.

To be successful in an engineering role in Elanco requires a highly motivated individual, with an innovative mindset and a willingness to contribute to tangible outcomes.

The individual must be able to articulate technical topics and collaborate effectively within the engineering organization.

* Software & Platform Solutions Development: Join a diverse engineering organization to contribute to growing capabilities across Software and Platform Engineering.

Develop full-stack solutions (working with front-end, back-end, and 3rd party SaaS integrations) to build reliable digital products that enable positive user experiences and measurable business growth.
