Summary

The Security/EMT Representative is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for members, guests, employees, residents, and visitors.

This position combines security responsibilities, emergency medical response, guest service, incident reporting, parking enforcement, and property patrols.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Security and Property Protection



* Patrol hotel, club, restaurant, parking, beach, residential, and employee areas.


* Monitor the property for suspicious activity, safety hazards, unauthorized access, and violations of property policies.


* Secure doors, gates, offices, storage areas, and other designated locations.


* Respond to alarms, disturbances, guest complaints, employee concerns, and requests for assistance.


* Verify member, guest, vendor, contractor, and employee access when required.


* Assist with crowd control, special events, evacuations, and emergency situations.


* Maintain a visible and professional security presence throughout the property.


* Contact management, law enforcement, the fire department, or emergency medical services when appropriate.
