Primary Care Physician

ReGenesis Health Care is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care at our Bell Hill location.

The physician will care for patients across the lifespan and provide preventive, acute, and chronic disease management within a collaborative Federally Qualified Health Center environment.

This role is ideal for a physician who values continuity of care, enjoys broad-spectrum family medicine, and is committed to improving access and health outcomes for diverse and underserved populations.

Candidates with experience in one or more of the following are encouraged to apply: Comprehensive family medicine and primary care Preventive care and health maintenance Management of common acute illnesses Chronic disease management, including diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and cardiovascular disease Care across the lifespan Office-based procedures Care of medically and socially complex patients Team-based and interdisciplinary care The ideal candidate is a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine physician who is comfortable managing a broad range of primary care needs and values developing long-term relationships with patients and families.

Experience working in an FQHC, community health center, or with underserved populations is preferred.
