Maintenance Millwright

Scope of the Position

The Millwright is responsible for installing, repairing, maintaining, testing, and troubleshooting machinery and equipment throughout the facility.

This position is for our 2nd shift.

3:00 pm- 11:30 pm

Job Duties


* Maintain all machines and plant equipment including stamping presses and assembly machines


* Perform minor electrical repairs


* Complete preventative maintenance of systems and machines


* Weld as needed


* Perform general mechanical and fabricating duties as assigned


* Performs other duties as required 

Qualifications



* High School Diploma


* Must be a Red Seal Licensed Millwright or have 8 years of practical and general experience


* Min.

1-3 years working experience in Industrial Maintenance


* Working knowledge of progressive and transfer die protection


* Able to understand drawings, working sketches, and operating manuals


* Working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics


* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a busy environment


* Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing


* Able to work well under pressure


* Strong attention to detail
