We are seeking a dependable, friendly, and service-oriented Full-Time Server to join our Dining Services team! The ideal candidate is passionate about providing exceptional customer service, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in creating a positive dining experience for residents and guests.

As a Server, you will play an essential role in ensuring our residents receive attentive, timely, and professional dining service while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities Greet residents and guests warmly while providing courteous, attentive, and professional service.

Take accurate meal orders, answer menu questions, and serve food and beverages efficiently.

Recognize and accommodate residents' dietary requirements, preferences, and individual needs.

Prepare dining areas for meal service, including setting tables, arranging dining supplies, and maintaining an inviting atmosphere.

Clear tables, clean and sanitize dining areas, and complete assigned daily cleaning responsibilities.

Assist with meal preparation, tray service, special events, and other Dining Services activities as needed.

Follow established food safety, sanitation, and infection prevention procedures.

Work collaboratively with Dining Services staff and other departments to ensure efficient operations.

Build positive relationships with residents, families, coworkers, and guests.

Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate a commitment to the mission and values of Pines Village.

Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or GED required.

Previous serving, dining, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not required.

Must possess a Food Handler's/ServSafe certification or be willing and able to obtain the required certification.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions and prioritize responsibilities.

Dependable, punctual, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Ability to maintain a positive, professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Must have flexible availability to work all shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays, based on departmental needs.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, reach, and perform the physical duties associated with dining service, with or without reasonable accommodation.
