* Role: Consumer Growth Tech - Director, Segment CGT Innovation (APAC FM)

Partners with segment commercial leadership to drive consumer-facing innovation and growth technology activation within the segment, ensuring global Consumer Growth Tech (CGT) capabilities are piloted, adapted, and scaled to deliver segment-specific commercial outcomes

In this role, you will:


* Partner with segment commercial leadership (e.g., segment presidents, category leads, commercial excellence) to identify and prioritize growth technology opportunities that drive segment-specific commercial outcomes


* Activate global CGT capabilities (e.g., digital products, AI/ML models, personalization, consumer data products) within the segment, adapting them to local retailer, channel, and market dynamics


* Drive retailer- and channel-specific growth technology deployment, ensuring consumer-facing innovation from CGT lands effectively in the segment's commercial environment


* Own the segment-level test-and-learn agenda for CGT, running localized pilots and validating commercial impact before scaling across the segment


* Serve as the primary CGT interface embedded within the segment, representing segment commercial needs back to CGT global function leads (Head of Consumer Tech Innovation & AI, Head of Product Eng.

& Data, Head of eCommerce Technology, Head of Digital Marketing Technology)


* Track and report commercial outcomes delivered through growth technology activation in the segment, providing both the Segment CIO and CGT Head of Consumer Tech Innovation & AI with visibility of value realized

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:


* Experience activating consumer-facing digital and AI capabilities at regional level within a CPG or consumer-facing organization, with a track record of translating global products into local commercial outcomes


* Understanding of regional retailer landscapes, channel dynamics, and consumer behaviors that shape how growth tech creates commercial value


* Ability to operate across organizational boundaries, serving as a bridge between a global product organization and segment commercial leadership


* Comfort with test-and-learn methodologies, with the ability to execute, and evaluate localized pilots that generate actionable commercial evidence

Key Measures of Success


* Growth tech activation rate — % of prioritized global CGT capabilities successfully deployed and active within the segment


* Commercial value from growth tech — incremental revenue or cost savings attributed to CGT capabilities activated in the segment
