Job Description



* Role: Consumer Growth Tech - Sr.

Director, Consumer Intelligence & Growth Insight


* Reporting to: Tiffani Sossei


* Country: United States of America


* Pay Grade: Gr 5 / PG 41

Finds the growth before it is obvious - and turns it into something the business can act on.

Owns the system that detects emerging consumer demand, determines which opportunities can materially change consumer choice, and converts the strongest opportunities into new propositions, services and business models.

Accountable for moving the organization from signals to decisions to new growth.

In this role, you will:


* Own the FIND -> DECIDE -> CREATE portion of the growth chain.


* Set the enterprise roadmap for consumer sensing, decision intelligence and business growth technology.


* Prioritize growth opportunities using evidence rather than project demand.


* Own the quality and reuse of differentiated consumer intelligence and decision assets.


* Govern incubation from opportunity through proposition, proof and stop / scale / transfer recommendation.


* Ensure emerging technology and ecosystem activity is tied to defined growth opportunities, not general technology scouting.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:


* Proven leader in consumer intelligence, analytics, and growth technology with the ability to convert emerging signals into high-value commercial opportunities.


* Strong commercial strategist with a track record of using data, AI, and technology to shape business decisions, portfolio priorities, and innovation investments.


* Demonstrated ability to build enterprise capabilities that connect consumer insights, decision intelligence, and growth opportunity identification into a repeatable competitive advantage.


* Skilled at leading cross-functional growth portfolios and aligning diverse stakeholders around evidence-based investment, scale, and resource allocation decisions.

Key Measure of Success


* Opportunity Pipeline Quality – Percentage of identified growth opportunities progressing into funded incubation, innovation, or business initiatives.


* Growth Opportunity Value Creation – Estimated business value generated from validated opportunities transitioned into active growth programs.


* Decision Intelligence Adoption – Utilization of consumer intelligence and decision assets across business planning, innovation, and investment decisions.


* Speed from Signal to Action – Time required to move from identified consumer signal to actionable business recommendation or initiative.
