Position Summary

The Dispatch Manager II plays a key operational role within the Emergency Operations Center, coordinating emergency spill response activities from initial notification through incident resolution.

This position manages contractor dispatch, regulatory reporting, client communications, and other response-related activities to help ensure incidents are handled safely, compliantly, efficiently, and cost-effectively.

The Dispatch Manager II also provides technical guidance and operational support throughout emergency response activities, helping coordinate resources, address evolving incident needs, and maintain effective communication with clients and other involved parties.
