Manager, National Sales

Responsibilities

The National Sales Manager is responsible for coordination of Account Manager activity in assigned sales region.

Responsible for the identification and generation of sales leads, proposal coordination, customer contact and sales closure for assigned region.

Is responsible for direction and formulation of the sales program for the national region.

Travel required.Qualifications

• Must be experienced in developing a budget, operating plan and goals & objectives for sellers that align and ensure delivery of the annual operating plan commitments.
• Development of short- and long-term sales forecasts for territory by business segment and markets.
• Assist in preparation of the business plan, strategy, and implement business plan successfully.
• Perform market share analysis, understand competitive landscape, and make recommendations for increasing market share.
• Maintaining first-hand knowledge of technology changes, material development and market place conditions
• Lead sales meetings.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field required.
MBA or other advanced business degree preferred but not required.

Experience:

7+ years of progressive sales experience, including leadership responsibilities.About Us
