We are seeking a Senior Manager & Global Process Lead, End-to-End (E2E) Planning to lead the development, governance, and continuous improvement of global planning processes across our Integrated Supply Chain.

This role serves as the global owner for E2E Planning standards, capabilities, and adoption strategies, partnering across Supply Chain, Finance, Technology, and Business functions to drive planning excellence and business performance.

The role combines deep supply chain planning expertise with strategy, critical thinking and digital acumen to help shape the future of planning through process innovation, capability development, and technology enablement.

Lead Global E2E Planning Standards and Governance


* Define and evolve global E2E Planning standards, operating principles, governance frameworks, and standards across regions, sectors, and planning organizations.


* Establish and monitor process health, maturity, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.


* Lead process transformation initiatives resulting from business, organizational, and technology changes.


* Maintain global planning playbooks, process documentation, and training materials.
