The Senior Trauma Hospital Operations Specialist is a strategic partner to Field Sales and Sales Leadership, helping enable growth and clinical readiness through disciplined inventory planning, advanced analytics, and effective execution.

As part of the Hospital Operations Sales Support team, this role develops and deploys strategies that help ensure the right inventory and resources are positioned across accounts and territories while improving overall inventory efficiency.

This position translates complex sales and inventory data into clear insights and practical recommendations.

The specialist works closely with leaders and cross-functional partners to identify opportunities, guide decisions, coordinate inventory actions, support new product introductions, and lead projects that improve commercial performance.
