Work you'll do

As a Senior Manager - Strategy, Growth and Transformation on the Regulatory, Risk & Forensic team, you will be responsible for:


* Lead client engagements focused on global regulatory affairs, quality assurance, health care policy, scenario planning, compliance risk assessments, compliance reviews, monitoring programs, and digital solutions for life sciences and health care organizations.


* Serve as a primary client contact or project lead; guide discussions on project scope, delivery, and implementation from initial concept through launch.


* Develop client deliverables and recommendations that identify business, operational, regulatory, and technology risks and support risk mitigation strategies.


* Lead discussions with clients, industry consortiums, trade groups, and committees on market trends, policy developments, and competitive activity.


* Manage project resources, budgets, timelines, recruitment, and talent development; lead business development activities such as industry perspectives, lead generation materials, and sales proposals.


* Understand the impact of key technology trends and workforce changes impacting our clients through engagement with innovative and emergent technologies.
