Job Description

This position will assist in the development and implementation of benefitsof benefits strategies, plans, and programs in addition to overseeing the day-to-day operations and communication of benefits programs such as health & life insurance, optional benefits, food coupons, saving funds, Autozoners APP, Wellness, EAP, etc, for all Mexico's business units.

Responsibilities



* Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of benefits strategies, programs, and policies to ensure market competitiveness, employee satisfaction, and alignment with business objectives.


* Oversee the administration and day-to-day operation of all employee benefit programs across Mexico, including medical and life insurance, food vouchers, savings fund, wellness initiatives, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), AutoZoners App, and other voluntary benefits.


* Manage relationships with benefit providers, brokers, and external partners, ensuring service quality, cost effectiveness, regulatory compliance, and resolution of escalated employee issues.


* Lead the communication and promotion of benefit programs, developing clear and engaging materials that drive employee awareness, participation, and understanding of available offerings.


* Analyze market trends, benchmark data, employee feedback, and utilization metrics to identify opportunities for program enhancements and support strategic decision-making.


* Ensure compliance with applicable labor, tax, and social security regulations, as well as internal policies and governance requirements.


* Support annual renewals, vendor negotiations, enrollment processes, and implementation of new benefits initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall employee value proposition.


* Drive employee well-being initiatives by coordinating wellness programs and promoting a culture focused on physical and emotional health and financial wellness.

Qualifications



* A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.


* Human Resource Management, Business


* More than 5 years experience in vendor & relationship management, program and project management and being people leader.


* Advanced level of English
