Senior Consultant, Learning Operations Managed Services

Learning Business Process as a Service (LBPaaS) helps enterprises operate and continuously improve learning programs through managed services, technology, and global delivery capabilities.

As a Senior Consultant, Learning Operations Managed Services, you will support the delivery and continuous improvement of managed learning operations for large enterprise clients.

You will coordinate operational activities across learning administration, content development, reporting, vendor management, and service performance management.

You will work with client stakeholders and global delivery teams to apply structured delivery practices, artificial intelligence (AI), and automation to improve service quality and learner outcomes.

Work you'll do

As a Learning Senior Consultant on the Business Process as a Service team, you will be responsible for:


* Support the transition and ongoing delivery of managed learning operations, including learning administration, content development, reporting, vendor management, and service-performance activities


* Execute delivery plans and maintain operational documentation, status reports, issue logs, and action trackers for assigned client workstreams


* Analyze service-level, quality, volume, and learner data to identify operational issues and recommend process improvements


* Apply AI, automation, and learning technologies to improve content workflows, learning administration processes, reporting, and service quality


* Coordinate activities among client stakeholders, global delivery teams, technology providers, and Deloitte teams to support timely delivery and governance activities
