Work You'll Do

As a Project - Lead Analytics and Insights Engineer II on the project, you will:


* Support the nationwide implementation of a case management platform across client offices, used for docketing, scheduling, case tracking, and caseload reporting.


* Deliver onsite and virtual training to attorneys, legal staff, and administrative personnel


* Provide user support during and after deployment


* Troubleshoot user issues, documenting recurring problems, developing knowledge resources, and helping users transition case management platforms
