Manifest Coordinator

Clean Harbors Deer Park Incinerator, is seeking a multi-tasking Manifest Coordinator (Receiving Coordinator) to join our safety conscious team! This team member will be responsible for reviewing and processing hazardous and non-hazardous waste manifests, maintaining accurate regulatory documentation, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.

You will work closely with internal departments, multiple facilities, and external customers to resolve documentation discrepancies, maintain accurate records, and support daily waste processing operations.

Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday; 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (8 hour shifts); Work schedule is governed by the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) and is subject to change based on operational needs.

Hourly Wage:
$23.41/HR; Additional earnings may include overtime opportunities and other benefits outlined in the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
