About the role: The role of the FMS Data Entry position is to review timesheet data to ensure reliability and validity and manually enter information into customized software system.

As system and program evolves, position will require review and processing of timesheets submitted through e-Timesheet module.

What you will do: Work with Customer Service team to resolve errors/issues uncovered with submitted timesheetsEnter complete and correct timesheets into customized software for processing within prescribed deadlinesReview entered data to ensure accuracy prior to final processing FilingElectronically file processed timesheets and other secure documents while maintaining accuracy related to filing convention Edit

* Be a part of the timesheet review process of co-workers MailingAfter final review, prepare paychecks and Advance Notice of Direct Deposits for mailing SupportProvides any additional support to Customer Service or other departments within ARIS Solutions as needed
