Michael Baker International is seeking an experienced Land Development Project Manager to join our growing team in Temecula, California.

As a Project Manager, you will combine technical land development expertise with strong project and people leadership.

You’ll manage existing projects and clients while helping expand our presence in Temecula and the broader Southern California market.

What You’ll Do:


* Lead land development projects, including technical design, financial performance, scope, schedule, and quality.


* Lead multidisciplinary project teams and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.


* Mentor and develop early-career engineers by providing hands-on guidance, sharing technical knowledge, and creating opportunities for growth and increased responsibility.


* Support business development and client relationships by identifying opportunities, strengthening partnerships, participating in client engagement, and contributing to technical and fee proposals.


* Collaborate across Michael Baker disciplines and offices to deliver innovative, practical, high-quality solutions.


* Foster a positive, collaborative team environment aligned with Michael Baker’s culture and commitment to developing its people.


* Help grow the Land Development practice through technical leadership, quality project delivery, and team development.

 

What You Need to Succeed:


* Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field and at least 10 years of relevant land development experience.


* Current Professional Engineer (PE) registration in California.
