Continuous Improvement Engineering Intern - Spring 2027

This fully onsite opportunity is designed for students eager to develop their problem-solving, analytical, and process improvement skills in a manufacturing environment.

You'll work alongside experienced engineers and operations leaders to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, support continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to projects that drive operational excellence.

What will you do:


* Support continuous improvement projects focused on enhancing safety, quality, delivery, and productivity across plant operations


* Analyze operational data and processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements


* Assist with implementing Lean Manufacturing and process optimization initiatives


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve operational performance


* Contribute to projects involving process documentation, standard work development, and performance tracking

* Pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics Engineering, or a related field
