Job Summary

Oversee a production crew as a team lead .

Job Responsibilities



* Ability to balance team and individual responsibility



* Implement and maintain 5S



* Ability to contribute to building a positive team spirit and guide others



* Examine and inspect completed product



* Complete all daily production reporting



* Ensures quality has been completed to the highest standard and safety procedures are followed



* Communicate with department supervisors to resolve problems and report performances

Job Requirements



* Experience with leading a team is preferred



* Ability to communicate effectively with team members and department supervisors



* Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment



* Must have forklift and crane operator certification, or attain certification



* Must be comfortable to present information to team members and leadership



* Good attendance and positive attitude are a must



* Ability to read a tape measurer is a must.

Other measuring tools are a plus.



* Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.



* Knowledge of basic tools and their uses

Compensation



* The hourly pay rate is $24/hr.
