This Associate Marketing Manager will report to a Senior Marketing Manager within Knee Reconstruction Marketing and play a key role in supporting the downstream marketing strategy and execution for DePuy Synthes' primary knee implant portfolio.

This individual will contribute to campaign execution, clinical messaging development, surgeon education support, and performance analytics that drive market share growth, competitive conversions, and deeper surgeon engagement with the ATTUNE platform and its differentiated clinical philosophies.

The knee implant market is highly competitive and clinically nuanced.

This role offers an early-career marketing professional the opportunity to develop deep expertise in implant biomechanics, surgical technique, and evidence-based marketing while working alongside experienced marketers, surgeon consultants, and cross-functional commercial partners.

The position provides a strong foundation for long-term career growth within J&J MedTech.
