The Product Manager will partner with Product Directors to advance the patient and nurse experience strategy for the Bladder Cancer Portfolio.

This role is responsible for translating patient and nurse strategies into coordinated, insight-driven execution.

The Product Manager will help shape strategy, execute core elements of the tactical plan, and lead patient, care partner, and nurse education initiatives, including content development and channel optimization.

Key Responsibilities Include:


* Develop, own, and execute personal promotion strategies and tactics for patients and care partners, including strategic and tactical planning, agency leadership, and review through the appropriate internal approval processes.


* Support strategy and content development for sales meetings and customer-facing resources for field-based teams, including Oncology Clinical Educators and nurses.


* Partner with Patient Advocacy and Communications to strengthen the J&J Bladder Cancer team's presence and visibility at relevant local advocacy events.
