We are seeking top talent for a hybrid Director of PMO role based in Raynham, MA, or Warsaw, IN.

Purpose:

The Director of PMO for Hips and Knees plays a critical operational role in ensuring the effective execution of our research & development strategy.

This leader will be responsible for building and managing the execution of strategic R&D roadmap, initiatives special projects and that deliver our Hip and Knee (joints) core portfolio This leader will own the R&D Hip and knee department operational aspects as GOs performance dashboard and Portfolio dashboard, delivering valuable, real-time insights to leadership into how R&D is progressing towards their vision, goals and objectives.

This position plays a critical role in evolving processes, operating models, and talent to strengthen execution excellence
