The Program

The Young Graduate Development Program is a three-year rotational program designed to introduce recent graduates to all aspects of the Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain in Beerse , Geel or Ghent.

As a Supply Chain Young Graduate, you'll rotate through various business units, collaborate with internal and external partners, and gain a broad understanding of how E&PS contributes to the wider J&J mission.

Throughout the program, you'll be involved in projects that enhance how we manage and maintain our buildings, while contributing to initiatives that improve efficiency and support more sustainable ways of working.

You'll help shape the infrastructure behind our production areas, R&D labs, and office spaces - ensuring they're ready for what's next.
