Job Description:

Responsible for execution of Medical Education projects.

This will entail strategic thinking and project management around the programs created within medical education group or Medical Affairs.

This includes liaising with thought leaders, academic institutions, and internal stakeholders in order to drive medical education initiatives.

Senior Specialist


* Leads ME projects with supports of supervisor or members.


* Has critical knowledge of related regulations, works proactively asking for support as needed to proceed projects.


* Provide standard professional advice while developing professional expertise.


* Leads ME projects, including cross-functional activities independently, receives minimal guidance.

Understands related regulations, principles to proceed.


* Takes a new perspective on existing solutions.

Principal Specialist (in addition to above)


* Leads ME projects, including large/cross-functional activities independently, encourage members toward to success.


* Resolves difficult and often complex situation or problems using in-depth professional knowledge or experience.


* By utilizing networks with academia, patient advocacy groups, other relevant industries, takes a broad perspective to identify and develop solutions.


* Serves as an advisor to others, and coaches and reviews the work of lower-level professionals.

Manager (in addition to above)•


* Provide project leadership in a cross divisional/country project•


* Responsible for improving the performance and motivation of the group members and the DA team.•


* Responsible for talent development of the group in collaboration with Associate Director.

Contribute to talent development of ME in all DAs .

EDUCATION :

Required: BA/BS

Desirable: MA/MS/MBA , Doctorate

RELATED EXPERIENCE :


* Prefer 3-4 years related industry experience and with competency in any scientific role.
