Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to represent the J&J MedTech Surgery Portfolio, with a focus on Wound Closure technologies across an assigned territory in Northern Ireland.

This is a customer-facing commercial role with responsibility for driving access, adoption and preference for the J&J MedTech Surgery Portfolio across hospital accounts.

The successful candidate will work closely with account managers, commercial colleagues, marketing, professional education and wider J&J MedTech teams to deliver a coordinated approach to account development and customer partnership.

The role requires a strong blend of commercial drive, clinical curiosity, customer focus and disciplined execution.

You will build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, support education and training activity, develop existing and emerging KOL relationships, and use market intelligence to identify opportunities that grow the business and strengthen J&J Surgery's position in the market.
