What is the job?

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on full-time Housekeeping Supervisor to bring strong standards, practical leadership and attention to detail to our Housekeeping Team.

Your day to day

Team Leadership and Daily Operations – Lead daily briefings, allocate duties, monitor progress, and coach colleagues to support productivity and timely room readiness.

Quality and Guest Experience – Inspect guest rooms, suites and public areas, working with Front Office and Engineering to resolve room discrepancies, maintenance, VIP requirements, guest requests and maintain hotel & IHG standards.

Safety and Housekeeping Operations – Provide hands-on support when required, reinforce safe work practices, and help manage linen, supplies, equipment, lost property and keys responsibly.

* Previous hotel or accommodation Housekeeping experience.


* Supervisory or Senior Room Attendant experience, or demonstrated leadership capability.


* Strong attention to detail, organisation and communication skills.


* Confidence allocating duties, inspecting rooms and coaching colleagues.


* An understanding of safe Housekeeping practices.


* Basic computer skills and the ability to learn hotel systems.


* Flexibility across a rotating seven-day roster, including early mornings, weekends and public holidays.
