Work you'll do/Responsibilities


* Provide L2/L3 SAP S/4HANA SD production support for a life sciences client, resolving complex incidents and performing root cause analysis.

Support minor enhancements and changes to improve processes and maintain reliable operations.



* Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management



* Lead the support and continuous improvement of SAP CS processes in an SAP S/4HANA environment.



* Provide functional expertise across core SAP CS capabilities, with a strong focus on standard CS processes and configurations.



* Troubleshoot complex business and system issues, including hands-on involvement in configuration, testing, and debugging activities where required.



* Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical resources to drive solution alignment and successful implementation.



* Provide design recommendations and ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives and SAP best practices.



* Support incident management, root cause analysis, change requests, and enhancement initiatives.



* Mentor team members and provide leadership in support and delivery activities.
