Deloitte Catalyst is Deloitte's global innovation and tech ecosystems program that connects Deloitte businesses, clients, and leaders with founders, high-potential startups, venture investors, and academia.

Catalyst Silicon Valley is a new market-facing hub designed to strengthen Deloitte's presence in the Silicon Valley / Bay Area ecosystem and create stronger pathways between emerging technology companies and Deloitte's enterprise client priorities.

This founding leader role sits at the intersection of venture capital, startup innovation, Deloitte market strategy, and client growth.

The Senior Manager will build and scale the hub's ecosystem relationships, market intelligence, and qualified opportunity pipeline, positioning Deloitte as a leading high-value participant in the ecosystem.

The ideal leader brings strong tech and innovation fluency, a deep local network, analytical mindset, executive presence, and the ability to translate emerging technology into practical relevance for Deloitte clients and leaders.

As the Catalyst Silicon Valley Hub Leader, you will:


* Build and own the Catalyst Silicon Valley strategy, including market priorities, external positioning, relationship targets, and the playbook for how Deloitte shows up in the Bay Area ecosystem.


* Translate strategy into an executable operating plan with clear priorities, ownership, cadence, metrics, and accountability for first-year outcomes.


* Create mechanisms to identify, qualify, and advance ecosystem-driven opportunities from early market signal through senior Deloitte engagement.


* Mobilize Deloitte businesses, alliances, practitioners, and local leadership to move the right opportunities from conversation to action.


* Hire, lead, and coach Domain Engagement Managers, setting the standard for disciplined relationship management, pipeline management, reporting, and execution.


* Represent Deloitte externally as a senior, credible connector across the Silicon Valley startup, venture, and technology ecosystem.

The successful candidate would possess these skills:


* A builder-operator mindset, with the willingness to shape the strategy and personally drive the work needed to make it real.


* Deep familiarity with the Silicon Valley / Bay Area startup, venture, and technology ecosystem, including how access and credibility are built in market.
