🩺 WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you'll play an important role in helping residents reach their highest level of function and independence.

Your responsibilities will include:


* Assisting with implementing individualized treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist.


* Providing therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training to improve strength, balance, coordination, and endurance.


* Helping residents improve their ability to walk, transfer, and perform everyday activities.


* Monitoring residents' responses to treatment and communicating progress or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist.


* Documenting treatments and resident progress accurately and timely.


* Educating residents and caregivers on safe mobility techniques and therapeutic activities.
