Job Purpose/Role: The Senior Marketing Automation Manager is responsible for the day-to-day administration, reliability, governance, and optimization of WealthVest's Adobe Marketo Engage platform.

This position serves as the technical owner of our marketing automation environment, overseeing campaign execution, Salesforce integration, lead-scoring methodologies, and automated marketing programs that support WealthVest and its carrier partners.

Working closely with Marketing, Sales, IT, and carrier partners, the Senior Marketing Automation Manager will develop and maintain scalable automation processes, execute targeted advisor communications, oversee marketing automation support resources, and ensure accurate, compliant, and effective marketing campaigns.

This is a hands-on, technically demanding role that requires adaptability, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: Own and administer WealthVest's Adobe Marketo Engage platform, including system configuration, user permissions, workspaces, templates, operational standards, and platform governance.

Develop and maintain processes, documentation, and technical improvements that support the continued growth and optimization of WealthVest's marketing automation capabilities.

Build, test, schedule, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns on behalf of WealthVest and its carrier partners.

Develop, maintain, and optimize automated nurture campaigns that support financial advisors throughout their engagement journeys.
