Your Day-to-Day

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will work closely with our Venue Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations while leading and supporting the Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional service standards.

You will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining a positive team culture, and creating memorable guest experiences from arrival through to departure.

Key responsibilities include:


* Coordinating and supervising Food & Beverage team members throughout each shift


* Leading team briefings and communicating daily priorities, promotions, and specials


* Supporting and motivating team members to deliver exceptional guest service


* Managing restaurant operations in the absence of the Venue Manager


* Greeting guests and ensuring a warm, professional welcome


* Providing food and beverage recommendations, including wine and beverage pairings


* Preparing and serving hot beverages, cocktails, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to a high standard


* Ensuring food and beverages are served professionally and efficiently


* Monitoring venue presentation, cleanliness, and service quality standards


* Completing end-of-day procedures, including cash reconciliation and closing duties
