Your Day-to-Day

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be the face of Julio's, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences from arrival through to departure.

Working as part of a collaborative and supportive team, you'll help ensure every guest enjoys the warm hospitality and high standards that Julio's and Holiday Inn are known for.

Key Responsibilities


* Create a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest


* Provide friendly, efficient, and professional table service


* Deliver food and beverages to guests to a consistently high standard


* Recommend menu items, beverages, and daily specials with confidence and enthusiasm


* Handle guest enquiries, requests, and feedback with professionalism and care


* Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation standards throughout the venue


* Assist with the setup and pack-down of restaurant and event spaces


* Process cash and credit card transactions accurately


* Work closely with the kitchen and wider hotel team to ensure seamless service


* Uphold all food safety, hygiene, workplace health and safety, and responsible service standards
