Supply Chain Coordinator - Temporary

Key Responsibilities



* Create and manage product SKUs



* Generate and send customer quotes for add-on orders



* Place add-on and demo orders for existing customers



* Track orders through delivery and add product serial numbers to customer specific databases



* Assist with new customer rollouts, ensuring smooth setup and ordering



* Support existing customer renewals



* Assist with subscription plan changes for existing customers



* Process customer one-time invoices



* Support equipment returns and swaps, coordinating logistics as needed



* Maintain accurate records across relevant systems throughout all the above



* Communicate proactively with internal teams and customers to ensure timely execution

Qualifications



* Must reside in Arizona and be available during MST working hours



* Ability to commit to the full mid-November to mid-February timeframe



* Experience in supply chain, order management, or customer operations preferred



* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail



* Excellent communication skills for coordinating across internal teams and customers



* Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks



* CRM software experience (Salesforce preferred)

Hourly Rate: $18/hour

Duration: Mid-November to Mid-February (exact dates TBD)

Location: Remote; Arizona residents only

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST (40 hours per week)
