D&G Sales Team Manager

Stuller's Sales team plays a pivotal role in driving the companys growth by developing innovative strategies connecting with customers and elevating their business potential.

The team is focused on delivering personalized solutions, building lasting partnerships, and contributing to the overall success and expansion of Stullers offerings.

The Diamonds and Gemstones Sales team helps customers confidently select loose stones through product expertise, relationship-based service, and proactive sales support.

The team partners across the organization to strengthen customer relationships, increase awareness of Stullers loose-stone collections, and support continued growth within the diamond and gemstone industry.

The Diamonds and Gemstones Sales Manager leads the proactive Diamonds and Gemstones Sales Team and develops strategies that grow loose-stone sales.

This role coaches and develops team members, strengthens customer relationships, and partners across the organization to expand business opportunities and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies and programs that increase loose diamond and gemstone sales.

Lead the hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and ongoing development of Diamond and Gemstone Specialists.

Establish, monitor, and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs), sales targets, and team accountability metrics.

Analyze sales and service data to evaluate individual and team performance, identify opportunities, and support business decisions.

Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen customer relationships, pursue new opportunities, and expand market awareness.

Present selling strategies, products, and programs to internal and external customers while facilitating productive discussions.

Establish service and relationship-management standards for loose-stone customers while improving team practices, policies, and communication.

Plan and execute sales campaigns, customer visits, trade shows, and Stuller-sponsored sales events.

Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, business development, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Five or more years of sales and marketing experience, including experience selling loose diamonds and gemstones.

Five or more years of experience in a high-volume customer sales and service environment.

Experience leading, training, coaching, and motivating a sales team.

Strong verbal, written, presentation, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to identify and address customer service and experience challenges.

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications GIA Graduate Gemologist credentials.

Experience using Salesforce or another customer relationship management (CRM) system.
