About the Role

This is a high-impact leadership position where you'll:


* Own and drive the Air Freight P&L


* Lead, coach and develop managers, supervisors and specialists


* Deliver exceptional customer experiences and service outcomes


* Drive productivity, profitability and continuous improvement


* Build strong customer and supplier partnerships


* Lead operational excellence across import and export activities


* Play a key role in the growth of our specialised Data Centre Logistics sector
