Workday OCM Training Senior Consultant (Project) - TS/SCI (Polygraph eligible)

Work You'll Do

As a Project - Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation o n the project, you will:


* Lead the end-to-end training strategy and integrated training plan, aligning role-based learning activities with deployment milestones, cutover activities, and client readiness objectives


* Conduct role-based training needs analyses and define curricula, learning modalities, governance processes, and delivery approaches for virtual and in-person learning


* Partner with program leadership, the project management office, functional and technical leads, and client training stakeholders to translate future-state processes and Workday configuration into learning assets, including instructor-led materials, eLearning storyboards, and job aids


* Drive train-the-trainer readiness and coordinate the work of training team members and vendors by providing project-level guidance, quality reviews, and direction on assigned deliverables


* Manage training workstream risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies; track completion and feedback metrics; and incorporate results into training plans and learning materials to support adoption
