Work you'll do

As an SAP/SF Employee Central Senior Consultant on the HR Strategy & Technology team, you will be responsible for...


* Lead an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central workstream and contribute to overall project success


* Collaborate with cross-functional team members to deliver results aligned to client needs and project objectives


* Manage day-to-day workstream activities to help ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are accurate


* Support solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment for Employee Central implementations


* Build and maintain strong working relationships with client stakeholders and project team members

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelor's degree


* Over 4 years of experience configuring and implementing SAP/SuccessFactors Employee Central projects.

Completed at least 2 full life cycle SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.


* Lead at least one full life cycle implementation in larger projects.

Drive your team to meet deadlines and ensure quality deliverables and service.


* Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve


* Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
